Licensed Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR
• Support families with education and care coordination

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage/Family/Child Counseling
• Active Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C)
• Experience working with children, teens, and families
• Proficiency with Zoom, GSuite, and EHR systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
