Licensed Therapist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 30-40 minute intake calls via Zoom video and brief 30 min in-program calls
• Connect with participants through an online dashboard via clinical chat
• Track participant progress by reaching out via chat dashboard
• Work collaboratively with the care team, founders, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain appropriate records according to ethical and legal standards
• Provide feedback to the product team to improve treatment modalities

Requirements

• Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, MFT, Social Work, or a relevant field
• Full licensure (Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in any USA state
• 3+ years of independently licensed clinical experience with teen/adult populations
• Experience diagnosing and treating depression, anxiety, burnout, and stress
• Mindfulness and CBT training
• Minimum 10 hours per week commitment
• Tech-savviness and familiarity with remote working tools
• Computer meeting specific system requirements for Venn
