Licensing Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end cycle of licensing applications for new and existing providers across the U.S.
• Streamline existing licensing processes and suggest automation or new tools
• Develop and implement SOPs for new state or provider licensing
• Manage and uptrain the contract licensing team
• Track licensing metrics and report on progress and roadblocks
• Provide direct licensing support and communication to Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and therapists
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, or healthcare operations
• Familiarity with state licensing requirements for RDs, MDs, NPs, and therapists
• Meticulously organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from the ground up
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies
