Licensing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider licensing, including application preparation, submission, and follow-up across multiple states
• Coordinate and track licensing timelines to avoid delays
• Assist with the development and maintenance of workflows and processes for licensing operations
• Support the execution and management of Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs) across applicable states
• Ensure compliance with state-specific CPA requirements, including supervision ratios and documentation
• Coordinate the preparation and completion of CPA agreements via DocuSign
• Maintain accurate CPA and licensing records within Verifiable and internal tracking systems
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support licensing and onboarding needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of licensing experience, preferably within healthcare
• Hands-on experience working with Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs)
• Familiarity with Nursing Compact Licensure (NLC) and multi-state practice requirements
• Experience managing license applications for RNs, NPs, and MDs
• Experience using credentialing and licensing systems such as Verifiable or Salesforce
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
