Life & Retirement Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategies and integrated, multi-channel marketing programs for Life, Retirement, and financial services
• Manage programs from concept through launch, measurement, optimization, and reporting
• Serve as a liaison between agents, call center teams, and business partners to optimize program effectiveness
• Support sales efforts by developing playbooks, toolkits, and sales briefs
• Manage Life & Retirement-focused marketing and sales partnerships
• Translate customer insights into compelling messaging and customer journey enhancements
• Collaborate with Analytics teams on audience targeting, lead routing, and performance measurement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses
• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, partnerships, or business development
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Retirement products
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing technologies
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA, M.Ed., or related discipline)
• FINRA Series 24, 26, 65, or 66 licenses
• 5+ years of experience within education, insurance, financial services, or retirement industries
• Experience leading both Life and Retirement marketing programs
