Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the email and SMS lifecycle marketing strategy and calendar
• Build, optimize, and maintain automated lifecycle flows including welcome series, appointment reminders, and win-back campaigns
• Develop and manage advanced customer segmentation based on behavior and appointment history
• Create, build, test, and launch ongoing email and SMS campaigns
• Write compelling, customer-centric copy aligned with the brand voice
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics including appointment bookings, retention, and attributed revenue
• Manage the Klaviyo account, including dynamic lists and event-based triggers
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and TCPA regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing email and SMS marketing in Klaviyo
• Proven experience building and optimizing automated lifecycle marketing programs
• Strong understanding of retention strategy and customer segmentation
• Experience designing responsive, conversion-focused emails
• Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• High attention to detail and rigorous QA standards
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with subscription-based or recurring service businesses
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization
