Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager, Firefox Mobile

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute ASO initiatives, including metadata updates and creative experiments
• Translate lifecycle campaign briefs into executable plans and support hands-on execution
• Support product launches by coordinating workstreams and cross-functional handoffs
• Own localization, quality assurance, and operational readiness workflows
• Gather performance data and operational learnings to support reporting and optimization
• Develop scalable processes, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve consistency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role
• Experience coordinating multi-step marketing programs across multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Strong operational judgment, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience creating repeatable processes, workflows, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile growth or App Store Optimization (ASO)
• Comfort working with performance data and campaign measurement
• Experience building automated or AI-assisted workflows using tools like Claude Code or Cowork
