Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle campaign and automated flow implementation from brief to launch
  • QA and test emails across devices, browsers, and clients to ensure deliverability and compatibility
  • Maintain list hygiene: remove invalid contacts and suppress over-mailed segments
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks and automated dashboards to track campaign performance
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing tech stack, vendor relationships, and tool integrations
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement standard operating procedures and operational improvements
