Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for retention marketing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies focused on increasing customer lifetime value (LTV), improving retention, and reducing churn.
  • Build and optimize customer lifecycle programs, including email and SMS automations, segmentation, and retention flows.
  • Own campaign planning and retention calendars across multiple client accounts.
  • Conduct cohort analyses to identify customer behavior trends and growth insights.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations for improving retention outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Klaviyo Specialists, designers, and copywriters to execute initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, subscription commerce best practices, and retention marketing innovations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer retention roles.
  • Strong expertise in Klaviyo, including flows, automations, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Proven experience conducting cohort analysis and using customer data to drive decisions.
  • Experience working with e-commerce, DTC, or subscription-based brands.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with subscription platforms like ReCharge or Skio.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
