Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions
- Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, and redundancy processes
- Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees regarding workforce reductions and settlements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders like payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies
- Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents with high accuracy
- Process offboarding on the internal HRIS platform
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and identify applicable local regulations
- Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues
- Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
