Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions
  • Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, and redundancy processes
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees regarding workforce reductions and settlements
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders like payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies
  • Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents with high accuracy
  • Process offboarding on the internal HRIS platform
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and identify applicable local regulations
  • Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
  • Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
