Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions
  • Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, and redundancy
  • Lead meetings for workforce reduction consultations and administrative hearings
  • Negotiate complex terminations and settlements with multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies for compliance
  • Draft and administer termination and supplementary documentation
  • Process offboarding within the internal HRIS platform
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and local regulations
  • Support clients with progressive disciplinary approaches and documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and product development

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
  • Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and complex HR issues
  • Understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Tech-savvy with ability to work asynchronously using various tools
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
