Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters and advise on employment legislation
• Act as case manager for employee lifecycle leave and working hours matters including Family Leave, Sick Leave, and Time Tracking
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies
• Develop and update global internal documentation regarding Time & Attendance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and AI-assisted tool adoption
• Maintain employee data integrity and confidentiality

Requirements

• Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance
• Strong background in providing HR support and guidance on employment laws across various jurisdictions
• Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
• Tech-savvy with experience in Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite
• AI fluency and ability to use AI-assisted tools in HR workflows
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, remote environment
• Experience managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases preferred
