Job description
Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters and advise on employment law changes
- Act as case manager for employee lifecycle leave and working hours (Family Leave, Sick Leave, Time Tracking, etc.)
- Advise clients and employees on complex legal interpretations of labor law and employment agreements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies
- Develop and update global internal documentation regarding Time & Attendance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI-assisted tool adoption
- Maintain employee data integrity and confidentiality
Requirements
- Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance
- Strong background in providing HR support and guidance on employment laws across various jurisdictions
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
- Tech-savvy with ability to work asynchronously using tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite
- AI fluency and ability to use AI-assisted tools in day-to-day HR workflows
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, international environment
- Experience managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases preferred
