Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters and advise on employment law changes
  • Act as case manager for employee lifecycle leave and working hours (Family Leave, Sick Leave, Time Tracking, etc.)
  • Advise clients and employees on complex legal interpretations of labor law and employment agreements
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies
  • Develop and update global internal documentation regarding Time & Attendance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI-assisted tool adoption
  • Maintain employee data integrity and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance
  • Strong background in providing HR support and guidance on employment laws across various jurisdictions
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Tech-savvy with ability to work asynchronously using tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite
  • AI fluency and ability to use AI-assisted tools in day-to-day HR workflows
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, international environment
  • Experience managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases preferred
