Listing Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams (product, legal, marketing) to collect required documentation and approvals for new cryptocurrency listings in the UAE region.
• Input, update, and maintain accurate listing data (descriptions, specifications, pricing, imagery, metadata) for each asset.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure integrity, accuracy, and compliance with CoinMarketCap standards and UAE regulatory considerations.
• Apply SEO and metadata optimization to improve visibility and discoverability of listings on the platform.
• Verify listings meet company policies and local regulatory requirements; escalate issues when needed.
• Provide guidance and support to partners, exchanges, and vendors during the listing process.
• Monitor listing performance, analyze trends, and recommend optimizations based on analytics and market signals.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and contribute to continuous improvements in listing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable working with large datasets and basic analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Previous exposure to cryptocurrency markets or digital asset ecosystems preferred.
