Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to the EU & CIS Litigation Team, focusing on the CIS region
• Handle escalated legal claims and assist with third-party data requests from courts in Kazakhstan
• Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all litigation matters and support the preparation of internal reports
• Assist with the onboarding and management of external counsel, including drafting engagement letters and monitoring budgets
• Support inheritance-related matters by reviewing documents against internal procedures
• Assist with discovery, data production, and team projects aimed at improving efficiency through AI initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification
• Professional fluency in English
• Proficiency in Kazakh and/or Russian
• Previous experience in a legal or compliance role
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
