Logistics & Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and execute rigorous underwriting and credit risk assessment workflows for corporate rental clients
• Manage corporate lines of credit configurations and coordinate with banking partners to optimize liquidity
• Own the end-to-end commercial insurance portfolio for all deployed and warehouse assets
• Manage corporate payment cycles and ensure alignment with internal and vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Monitor the asset deployment lifecycle, including provisioning, recovery, depreciation modeling, and liquidation
• Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for faulty hardware

Requirements

• 5+ years of operational finance, credit control, or asset management experience
• Expertise in B2B credit risk evaluation and structuring corporate leasing plans
• Experience working with bank lines of credit or Trade Finance structures
• Proven familiarity with commercial insurance policies for physical hardware or fleet assets
• Strong track record of managing billing performance metrics and optimizing transactional workflows
