Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide input on logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers
• Develop and annotate sample documentation to highlight best practices in logistics and supply chain management
• Evaluate and suggest improvements in current supply chain workflows
• Deliver detailed feedback on logistics-related scenarios and document structures
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts
• Participate in quality assurance processes by validating the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets
• Contribute to the creation of training materials reflecting industry standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Expertise with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers
• Comprehensive understanding of global supply chain operations and workflows
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proven analytical skills for identifying process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative environment
