Responsibilities

• Provide seamless instructional continuity during teacher absences and organizational transitions
• Build strong relationships with students and families to create stability
• Monitor student engagement and academic progress with high attention to detail
• Deliver timely grading and meaningful feedback to reinforce learning
• Teach within assigned curriculum, pacing, and resources
• Lead live sessions and support proctoring during testing windows

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program
• Ability to obtain Substitute Teacher certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and learning management systems
• Ability to travel to assigned testing locations for proctoring

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching experience
• 2+ years of online teaching experience
