LSG Field Application Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the commercial team to define long-term product strategies and build customer-focused solutions for the Life Science portfolio.
• Act as a bridge between Marketing and Field Application Specialists to implement Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis and provide market intelligence.
• Partner with the Product Technical Team to support regional tender requirements regarding product specifications and documentation.
• Consult with the Commercial Sales Team to align product offerings with market needs and provide tailored sales tools.
• Work closely with Regional Field Application Specialists to ensure optimal product services through training plans and technical webinars.
• Develop and manage relationships with Channel Partners to drive collaboration in promotional programs.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences Research or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of product knowledge within genomics and proteomics scientific instrumentation (e.g., ddPCR/PCR, NGS, chromatography, or Western Blotting).
• Proven experience in sales and/or laboratory environments.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
