About the Company

Flyflat is a premium travel company that helps founders, investors, and executives book international business and first-class flights at unbeatable rates. We combine proprietary booking methods with a 24/7 white-glove concierge service to manage premium travel needs without friction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of client engagement including outreach, flight strategy, consultative sales, and closing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, crafting itineraries and guiding booking decisions
  • Maintain and grow client relationships by re-engaging past clients and following up on new leads
  • Act as an emergency contact for clients regarding time-sensitive travel matters
  • Use knowledge of routes, loyalty programs, and luxury flying to provide optimal travel options
  • Collaborate with internal concierge and operations teams to deliver seamless service

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury service or selling high-ticket items
  • Strong knowledge of premium travel, airlines, loyalty programs, and global destinations
  • Outstanding communication skills across email, text, and voice
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • High integrity and discretion for managing sensitive, high-value transactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GDS systems such as Sabre or Amadeus
  • Existing book of business or agency partnerships
  • Strong partnerships with air consolidators and luxury hotel brands
  • Background in HNW service, concierge teams, or early-stage startups
