Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end learning journeys that integrate protocols, loops, and PX agents
  • Script cinematic, science-based experiences across video, interactive, and written formats
  • Design and refine AI conversation flows and prompt chains for human-like guidance
  • Lead course design with experts; own strategy, curriculum, copy, and assets
  • Run learner research, define KPIs of transformation, and iterate using data
  • Conduct weekly user interviews; diagnose friction and improve retention
  • Collaborate with designers, filmmakers, engineers, and coaches to ship high-impact features
  • Maintain premium aesthetics and tone that drive emotion and behavior change

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in learning, instructional, or experience design
  • Native French and fluent English
  • Proven end-to-end product or feature shipped with measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency with AI tools and Figma
  • Portfolio showing cinematic/narrative-rich learning programs
  • Strong writing and editorial judgment; excellent microcopy
  • User- and outcome-obsessed; rigorous critical thinking
  • Comfortable with data, experimentation, and rapid iteration
  • Based in Dubai (hybrid) or able to work to UAE hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • EdTech, coaching, or transformational education experience
  • Expertise in habit formation and self-determination theory
  • Prompt engineering and multi-turn conversational design
  • Product analytics and cohort analysis experience
  • UX research across qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Experience translating expert knowledge into structured protocols
