Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end learning experience architecture: design adaptive journeys, protocols, loops and membership flows.
- Script cinematic, narrative-rich course experiences (modules, assessments, prompts, assets).
- Design and iterate AI-driven conversations, prompt chains and PX agents to personalise coaching loops.
- Run user & desk research, define transformation KPIs, measure outcomes and iterate for retention and stickiness.
- Collaborate with product, design, coaches and filmmakers to ship features and learning products.
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in Learning Design / Instructional Design
- Native French
- Fluent English
- Portfolio of cinematic / narrative-rich courses
- Comfortable with AI tools and Figma
- Strong writing / scripting skills
- User research & data-informed iteration
Preferred Qualifications
- EdTech, coaching, or transformational education background
- Experience shipping product features end-to-end
- Familiarity building AI agents, prompt engineering or conversational design
- Knowledge of habit formation, behavioral science and self-determination theory
- Aesthetic sensibility and craft-obsessed execution mindset
