Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage macOS fleets using an MDM platform (Jamf Pro preferred or similar) across multiple clients
  • Configure device policies, deploy applications, and maintain device compliance
  • Support automated device enrolment and lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, wipe, rebuild)
  • Maintain accurate inventory and documentation per client
  • Provide remote end-user support for macOS devices and common productivity tools
  • Troubleshoot OS, application, and access issues across different client environments
  • Assist with new starter setup and device readiness
  • Communicate clearly with clients and provide updates on issues and improvements
  • Ensure encryption and baseline security settings are enforced
  • Monitor device health and assist with patch and update management
  • Support response to security incidents such as lost or compromised devices
  • Contribute to improving standards, automation, and service quality

Requirements

  • Experience supporting macOS in a business environment
  • Exposure to an MDM solution (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, Intune, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload across multiple clients and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
  • Familiarity with identity providers (Okta, Entra ID, Google Workspace)
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Bash or similar)
  • Understanding of macOS security fundamentals and patch management
