Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ML infrastructure
• Implement production-grade ML models in a cloud environment
• Optimize AWS infrastructure and establish data integrity standards
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, data science, and product teams
• Own the data and ML processes you create
• Contribute to projects at the forefront of GenAI and machine learning in logistics

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing ML models in AWS
• Proficiency with Python, dbt, SQL, and modern ML tooling
• Experience with agentic tooling and pipelines (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith)
• Proven track record in data engineering best practices (ETL, monitoring)
• Experience with version control (GitHub, GitLab) and Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
