Manager - Accounting and Tax

Responsibilities

• Reviewing financial models prepared by clients to ensure compliance with IFRS or KSA GAAP and KSA tax legislation and regulations.
• Reviewing financial models for compliance with other overseas GAAP and tax legislation, especially related to UAE and Oman GAAP and tax laws, including working with overseas specialists as required.
• Collaborating with expert financial modellers to ensure accurate application of accounting and tax principles.
• Providing detailed and relevant accounting and taxation advice for various financial models that represent commercial transactions.
• Managing your own project workload from the outset.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of taxation and accounting, presenting updates to colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Recognised accounting qualification with broad work experience and commercial awareness.
• Recognised tax qualification in KSA taxation.
• Effective communication skills to explain ideas to non-accounting/tax colleagues and clients.
• Team player able to work under pressure.
• Experience in providing financial advice to clients in corporate or public body contexts.
• Self-motivated and confident in working independently.
