Manager, Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage the month close process and all general accounting functions
• Monitor and enforce compliance with GAAP
• Lead and develop the Accounting team through coaching and mentorship
• Assist in managing the annual audit process
• Evaluate and maintain accounting policies and internal controls
• Support accounting and financial integration activities related to acquisitions
• Drive process improvement and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 4 years of experience leading a team in a public or private equity-backed company
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with month close and consolidated financial reporting
• Proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Public accounting experience
