Manager, Accounting Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations including billing, collections, and payment processing
• Lead the AR aging review and drive resolution of past-due balances
• Oversee AP processing, exception handling, invoice approvals, and vendor query resolution
• Administer the corporate credit card program and procurement processes
• Lead implementation of procurement tools and optimize P2P workflows
• Support Salesforce integration for quote-to-cash processes
• Manage and develop a team of AR and AP specialists
• Maintain procedural documentation and serve as the primary contact for AR/AP audit requests

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive AP and/or AR experience
• Direct people-management experience
• Demonstrated ownership of collections or vendor/AP operations
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably Sage Intacct
• Strong vendor and customer relationship management skills
• Track record of building scalable processes and controls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement or AP automation implementations
• Exposure to AR/collections automation tools like High Radius
• Experience supporting CRM integrations such as Salesforce
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-currency environments
• Experience supporting M&A integration accounting or systems workstreams
