Manager, Accounting Services Operations }

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Back Office Accounting Services function
• Establish priorities and ensure consistent execution across client portfolios
• Own operational performance, efficiency, and profitability of the service line
• Manage workload, staffing, capacity, and resource allocation
• Monitor operational, quality, and financial performance metrics
• Develop and improve processes, SOPs, workflows, and training materials
• Design operational frameworks to support new services and revenue streams
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for offshore teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or accounting operations
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing accounting operations or service delivery
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit business environments
• Proficiency with accounting ERP systems (e.g., Restaurant365, NetSuite, Sage Intacct)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing offshore or geographically distributed teams
