Responsibilities

• Write SQL, build dashboards, run analytical deep-dives, and produce models for product and business insights
• Drive self-service analytics and train business partners to navigate the BI platform
• Set governance standards to ensure data trustworthiness
• Partner with operational stakeholders to monitor business health and surface trends
• Contribute to a BI roadmap balancing short-term execution with long-term architecture, including AI/ML applications
• Report directly to the VP of Financial Operations to inform growth and strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in analytics, business intelligence, or data science
• At least 1 year of experience managing a direct report
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Strong proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Python or another scripting language for data manipulation and automation
• Experience communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort with experimentation and designing tests
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup or marketplace experience
• Hands-on experience applying LLM-based or ML solutions to analytics workflows
• Interest in healthcare technology
