Manager, Business Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program setup for specialty pharmacy initiatives across health system partners
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and risk registers
• Conduct pre-launch readiness assessments including workflows, staffing, and training
• Coordinate complex workstreams across clinical operations, IT, EMR integration, and AI automation
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementations and track progress against milestones
• Deliver executive-ready status updates and facilitate governance meetings
• Analyze workflows and performance data to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Pharmacy, or related field
• 3–5+ years of healthcare, pharmacy, or implementation project management experience
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or direct project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional implementations simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet and MS Office Suite
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and interest in deploying them in healthcare settings

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of Management Consulting experience
• Experience in specialty pharmacy or outpatient clinical program implementation
• Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare technology integrations
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certification
• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, or MS
