Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive team productivity and quality by ensuring efficient conversion of interviews, hires, and placements
  • Manage communication and support for current students, graduating students, and alumni
  • Guide graduates through the interview and hiring process with Allied Healthcare employers
  • Handle manager-level customer service, re-engagement, and de-escalation calls
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and call monitoring for assigned team members
  • Lead and develop team members to foster a culture of wellness and engagement

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales
  • Proficiency in people leadership and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate required technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in required fields
  • Proven experience leading teams or people
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
  • Skills in project management, complex problem-solving, and time management
