Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic vision and creative direction for B2B and B2C content ecosystems.
  • Architect persona-driven B2B content strategies and map complex, multi-touch lifecycle journeys.
  • Manage external agency partners and freelancers, providing clear creative direction and copy oversight.
  • Partner with internal product, sales, and marketing stakeholders to align messaging with business goals.
  • Execute structured content testing agendas to optimize headlines, messaging, and CTAs.
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive data-driven iterations for future creative strategies.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in content strategy, lifecycle marketing, or brand strategy.
  • Proven expertise in both B2B enterprise and B2C performance marketing.
  • Strong track record of managing external agency relationships and setting clear KPIs.
  • Multi-channel fluency across Meta, TikTok, programmatic display, email, and direct mail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret multi-touch performance marketing data.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Midjourney.
  • Expert-level written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in panel recruitment, audience research, or consumer incentive programs.
  • Background in overseeing direct response creative or direct mail pipelines.
  • Experience creating content designed to engage diverse and multicultural US audiences.
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and enterprise creative workflows.
