Responsibilities
- Successfully manage backlog to ensure on-time quality Implementation.
- Develop Implementation Managers through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
- Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Support teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SaaS experience in professional services or implementation.
- 4+ years of professional experience leading a team.
- Fintech, HR tech and/or Global Payroll experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries.
- Experience working on a remote team.
- Multilingual abilities.
