Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage backlog to ensure on-time quality Implementation.
  • Develop Implementation Managers through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
  • Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS experience in professional services or implementation.
  • 4+ years of professional experience leading a team.
  • Fintech, HR tech and/or Global Payroll experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries.
  • Experience working on a remote team.
  • Multilingual abilities.
