Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel B2C demand generation campaigns across digital, social, search, programmatic, and direct mail channels.
  • Own the end-to-end panelist recruitment funnel with a focus on volume, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests across creative, copy, audience segments, and landing experiences.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
  • Serve as the primary lead for external agency partners, managing briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling consumer-facing messaging that motivates audience participation.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Research, and Brand teams to ensure recruitment meets demographic targets and brand standards.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing with a strong B2C focus.
  • Proven track record of running high-volume consumer acquisition campaigns with measurable results.
  • Extensive experience managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable.
  • Highly analytical mindset with hands-on experience in performance dashboarding and data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency with paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), programmatic, Google Ads, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate campaign development and analysis.
  • Expert-level written and verbal English communication skills.
