Manager, Enterprise Application Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and build a world-class team of Enterprise Application Engineers
• Act as a player-coach and senior technical expert for the team
• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for enterprise application and integration architecture
• Manage the Google Workspace ecosystem and Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
• Design and manage a SaaS Management Platform (SMP)
• Serve as the top-level architect for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program
• Build and manage automated Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows
• Architect and maintain robust integrations between core business systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years in Enterprise Systems or Application Engineering
• 3+ years in a people management or technical lead role
• Deep experience with Google Workspace in a 1000+ user environment
• Deep experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
• Expert-level architectural experience with Okta or similar IdP (SAML/OIDC, SCIM)
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory in a large-scale environment
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and scripting (Python, PowerShell)
