Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the fulfillment of celebrity and sports-related wishes as the primary contact between chapters and talent representatives
  • Deliver high-touch customer service to Make-A-Wish chapters and international affiliates
  • Coordinate wish experience logistics including scheduling, talent communication, and contingency planning
  • Build and maintain relationships with key entertainment and sports industry contacts
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records to track wish statuses and industry engagement
  • Collaborate with teams to gather stories and visuals for media and promotional use
  • Create and maintain a celebrity and talent contact profile database

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Event Planning, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of specialized experience in sports, entertainment, event production, or talent management
  • Proven project management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in or alongside nonprofit organizations
