Manager, Insurance Product Innovation & Emerging Solutions

Responsibilities

• Promote the development of new insurance product concepts, including lifestyle-based, multicultural, and condition-specific health plans
• Translate high-level strategy into early-stage designs, value propositions, and actionable use cases
• Identify market opportunities based on member needs, health disparities, and emerging trends
• Support the design of culturally-aligned and population-specific offerings to improve engagement and outcomes
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform innovation priorities and business case inputs
• Partner cross-functionally with product design, clinical, network, actuarial, and growth teams
• Support the execution of pilots and early-stage programs, tracking performance and gathering insights to recommend refinements or pivots

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, product management (ACA or Small Group), or corporate strategy
• Experience supporting product development, consumer journey mapping, or pilot programs
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with health insurance product development, population health, or member engagement solutions
• Familiarity with multicultural or underserved population strategies
• Exposure to condition-based or clinically oriented product models
• Experience in early-stage product development or experimentation
