Manager IT Engineering Infrastructure Shared Services

Responsibilities

• Participate in solution development and system repair tasks including design, testing, and implementation
• Lead cross-functional teams through project planning, implementation, and completion
• Manage project implementation schedules and analyze plan variances
• Create, monitor, and manage staffing levels and production expectations
• Work with vendors to resolve product issues and establish service level agreements
• Perform human resources responsibilities including interviewing, selection, performance evaluations, and staff development
• Develop and recommend operating and capital budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 3 years in solution development and support
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a multi-discipline environment
• Experience with Hypervisor, Storage, Backups, Citrix, and Certificate Management
• Strong leadership and project coordination abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
