Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point on all Contract Management related topics
  • Identify and provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to direct reports
  • Take full ownership of recruitment, training, skills enhancement, mentoring, and supervision of the regional team
  • Collaborate across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success domains
  • Improve and optimize Lifecycle Contracts Management processes, workflows, and tools
  • Identify opportunities for automation to improve quality, efficiency, and scale

Requirements

  • Track record of experience in HR Operations across multiple APAC countries
  • Deep knowledge of contracts management and labor law
  • Experience scaling or managing HR Operations in diverse APAC markets
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment
  • Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset
  • Tech-savvy with experience using various digital tools
  • Ability to work in a service level environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to safely manage and maintain confidential employee data
