Responsibilities

  • Guide, coach, and develop direct reports to build a high-performing T&A team
  • Foster a positive team culture across international borders in a remote, asynchronous environment
  • Lead performance management and align individual goals with business objectives
  • Drive recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of the regional team
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and final escalation point for high-risk Time & Attendance topics
  • Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Employee Relations to enhance processes
  • Optimize Lifecycle T&A team workflows and identify automation opportunities
  • Ensure efficient, compliant delivery of services while meeting KPIs and SLAs
  • Manage employee data and confidential information with discretion
  • Champion the responsible adoption of AI-assisted tools within the T&A team

Requirements

  • Hands-on people management experience leading distributed, international teams
  • Proven track record in HR Operations across multiple countries
  • Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance, wage/hour laws, and policy exceptions
  • Expertise in T&A case resolution and labor law in APAC countries
  • Experience in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment
  • Ability to work in a service level environment (SLAs/KPIs)
  • Tech-savvy with experience in process optimization and automation
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to manage sensitive employee data and high-stakes investigations
