Manager, Market Expansion

Responsibilities

• Shape expansion strategy through research into state-by-state PACE regulatory landscapes
• Prepare and submit federal and state applications for market expansion
• Manage PACE program licensing and renewal processes
• Identify and engage local community stakeholders to support market entry
• Support regulatory engagement and advocacy efforts

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid regulatory environments
• 2-4+ years of experience in management consulting or operations/policy at a high-growth startup
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PACE-specific application and licensing experience
• Federal or state legislative or advocacy experience
• Healthcare budget experience
