Manager, Mobility

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver on team objectives and align with Mobility's vision and goals
• Provide ongoing support and constructive coaching to increase employee effectiveness
• Create long and short-term strategies and set targets to meet timelines
• Oversee the development of processes for accurate processing of immigration and visa applications
• Manage team budgets and ensure adherence
• Lead projects and act as a go-to resource for Mobility Specialists
• Utilize AI and automation to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort in immigration operations
• Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders to strengthen relationships

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing a remote-first, high-volume operational team
• Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles
• Clear understanding of immigration and typical compliance processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in the tech industry or hyper-growth environments is ideal

• Proficiency in additional languages
