Responsibilities

• Elevate helpdesk and sysadmin organization from reactive support to proactive, process-driven service
• Lead and coach IT team members, developing senior members into player-coaches
• Own the IT project roadmap, prioritization, and cross-functional initiatives
• Establish automated, audit-ready employee onboarding and offboarding programs
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate tools based on data
• Own application authentication stance and disaster recovery processes
• Implement measurable KPIs for IT operations and service quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in people leadership and coaching
• Experience with project and roadmap ownership
• Ability to design processes and maintain operational rigor
• Security-minded approach to systems thinking
• Track record of building systems and driving alignment at scale
