Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Easygenerator's partnerships strategy aligned to revenue and growth goals.
  • Identify and onboard high-impact partners, including integrating the EasyCoach product into partner ecosystems.
  • Own partner acquisition, pipeline tracking, revenue contribution and ROI reporting.
  • Support partner success managers to strengthen strategic partnerships and drive partner-led revenue.
  • Lead partner enablement: messaging, training, resources, and onboarding to ensure a high-quality partner experience.
  • Own partnership processes, tooling, and reporting; iterate on partnership models and continuously improve operations.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Partnerships team, set KPIs, and drive performance and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to align go-to-market efforts.
