Manager, Performance Analytics

Responsibilities

• Own the program’s analytics pipeline including claims records, eligibility files, and MAO-004 reconciliation data
• Manage care-gap identification and closure reconciliation on a vintage-cohort measurement basis
• Execute billing reconciliation to ensure program activity matches invoiced volume for client audits
• Build funnel instrumentation to track conversion from finding identification to clinical action
• Deliver practice-level performance analysis and automate pipelines in partnership with Product and Engineering

Requirements

• Deep fluency with healthcare claims data structures and coding
• Direct experience with healthcare regulatory and quality reporting (e.g., Medicare Advantage, MAO-004)
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for independent large-scale dataset analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CDI (clinical documentation integrity) reporting or encounter data
• Strong understanding of value-based care economics and risk arrangements
