Manager, Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-enabled revenue forecast model and integrate pipeline, capacity, and enrollment data
• Synthesize inputs from program, finance, and partnerships into executive-ready projections
• Monitor actuals versus forecasts and surface variances with actionable next steps
• Maintain executive dashboards for real-time revenue health visibility
• Manage compliance requirements across all revenue-producing partnerships and funders
• Own day-to-day governance of Salesforce to ensure data integrity and pipeline accuracy
• Coordinate cross-functionally to pressure-test learner volume and partnership commitments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, or business intelligence
• Proven track record of designing and communicating multi-scenario revenue projections
• Strong CRM experience, with Salesforce strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex model architecture
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot for analysis
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit, edtech, or workforce development sectors
• Familiarity with program or learner data and its connection to financial outcomes
• Experience supporting pricing or product development decisions
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
