Manager, Sales Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored sales training sessions covering communication, customer handling, and objection management
• Facilitate interactive learning through role-plays, group discussions, and scenario-based exercises
• Develop and implement product training modules on features, benefits, and unique selling points
• Update training materials to align with product updates and new launches
• Conduct high-impact training sessions both in-person and virtually
• Organize refresher programs to enhance skill retention and close knowledge gaps
• Assess learning through mock sales pitches, quizzes, and practical exercises
• Provide constructive feedback and actionable guidance to improve performance
• Gather participant and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine training content

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales training and product training
• Proven experience training inside sales teams
• Comfortable working US shift hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Edtech industry experience
