Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-centric environment
• Partner strategically with Hightouch AEs to deliver tailored demonstrations and customer POCs
• Develop deep technical domain expertise in Data Activation, CDP, data warehousing, and integration platforms
• Be accountable for the exceptional customer experience during the new revenue pilot and closing phases
• Engage with customers daily to architect elegant solutions leveraging the Hightouch platform
• Design, develop, and maintain best-in-class playbooks, demo environments, and other tools
• Collaborate with AEs and Product Managers to champion customer-specific feature requests
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency and scalability of the Solutions Engineering team

Requirements

• Strong technical background with pre-sales or post-sales experience in data or SaaS
• Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams
• Experience developing with SQL, Python, JavaScript, and/or working with APIs
• Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud data platforms
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and unblock complex technical issues
• Exceptional presentation skills for both executive stakeholders and engineers
• High proficiency in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience within a high-growth SaaS company
• Previous experience as a technical go-to-market resource for a data-centric product
• Experience scaling a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing team
