Manager, Strategy & Execution

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy to drive the planning, implementation, and optimization of Thorne's enterprise strategy and key strategic initiatives
• Serve as a connective force between functional teams and executive leadership
• Ensure strategic initiatives and annual business objectives translate into measurable results
• Move fluidly between structured problem-solving, program management, and hands-on execution
• Pressure-test business cases and unblock stalled teams

• Passionate team player with intellectual curiosity and discipline
• Analytical rigor and ability to influence decision making
• Preferably a background in consulting and consumer products
