Manager, Supply Chain Productivity & Solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop KPIs to track productivity and operational health using Tableau or Power BI
• Identify supply chain inefficiencies and redesign workflows to maximize throughput
• Evaluate and implement supply chain technologies including ERP, WMS, and automation tools
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute large-scale supply chain transformation projects
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement
• Use predictive modeling to forecast demand and procurement needs
• Own and sequence the AI roadmap across demand forecasting, supply planning, and logistics
• Translate strategic business goals into technical parameters for AI models
• Lead change management and build AI fluency across operational teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the beverage or CPG industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
• Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Macros, Access Database)
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS systems and data pipelines (SQL/Python)
• Experience with EDI and NetSuite preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25% for supplier visits and team off-sites
